The position has been created to further strengthen the customer journey for older people and their families considering a move to retirement living, and to ensure apartments are relet and resold efficiently as the community evolves.

The new Relettings & Resales Advisor will help prospective residents explore life at Castle View, guiding them through key decisions and showcasing the facilities, services and activities available on site.
Working closely with the General Manager and wider team, the advisor will play a central role in maintaining high occupancy levels while ensuring that each transition into the community is smooth, welcoming and well‑supported.
Building relationships in the local area
The role has a strong focus on relationship‑building across Windsor and the surrounding area. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential buyers and tenants by:

Networking with local estate agents, solicitors, healthcare professionals and community organisations to generate referrals.

Developing local marketing initiatives to raise awareness of Castle View Retirement Living.

Organising and hosting open days, coffee mornings and other promotional events on site.
By developing these partnerships, the Relettings & Resales Advisor will help position Castle View as a trusted option for those exploring later‑life housing choices.
Guiding people through important moves
Recognising that moving home in later life is a significant decision, Castle View is seeking someone who combines commercial skills with empathy and understanding. The Relettings & Resales Advisor will:

Conduct property viewings and personalised tours of the development.

Manage the end‑to‑end reletting and resale process, liaising with solicitors, estate agents and internal teams.

Keep accurate records of enquiries, sales progression and performance.

Work proactively to minimise void periods and maximise occupancy, while never losing sight of the individual needs of each prospective resident.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, self‑motivated and confident in generating new business opportunities, with a genuine passion for supporting older people and their families.
Skills and experience sought
Castle View is keen to hear from applicants with a background in sales, property, lettings or other customer‑facing roles, as well as experience in marketing, events or community engagement. Desirable experience includes:
