We know that having a fully staffed reception, day and night, is essential for delivering our high-quality service, security and peace of mind.
We have a comprehensive service team drawn from a variety of client service backgrounds, helping to create a family atmosphere where you are seen, safe and cared-for.
We have three talented chefs who enjoy creating fresh and flavoursome food, with regular changes to ensure variety and dishes for every palate. Classic modern British dishes are interspersed with a regular tour around European gastronomic hotspots.
Our head barman personally stocks our two bars, ensuring homeowner favourites are always in plentiful supply. Happy Hour is always well attended and we regularly serve an interesting array of cocktails.
Our café offering has a variety of teas from around the world and coffees, delicious cakes are also available for those with a sweet tooth.
In all our food and beverage settings, you will find refreshingly low prices with, for example, a two-course lunch with a glass of wine for just £14
Our fourth floor lounge and expansive terrace offer 360° panoramic views of Windsor Castle, The Great Park and St Leonards Hill. The sunsets are magnificent and, if you also happen to be sipping your favourite tipple poured from the exclusive homeowners bar, it will feel like you are in your own private club. Multiple firework displays can be watched at the same time on Bonfire night and New Years Eve.
With standing room for 80 people and 50 seated, the Sky Lounge is used for many events, small and large, including many of the ones listed higher up this page. With a large TV, cinema surround sound, squishy sofa’s, armchairs and very comfy chairs, our homeowners regularly watch movies, sporting events and stream opera from Covent Garden.
Our library is a little oasis of calm with a very comfy array of sofa’s and armchairs. Order some cake and a coffee, relax with a good book or use it to host a private event with friends or family.
Homeowners regularly donate and swap books so you may never need to buy a book again. To enjoy summer at its best, large bifold doors can be opened onto the patio and garden area where all-weather tables and chairs are available.
Every apartment has its own kitchen and dining area for entertaining at home. But for larger groups of family or friends, or if you just don’t fancy cooking (but don’t want to pay restaurant prices), homeowners can use our tastefully decorated, wood panelled Private Dining Room.
Light, airy and seating up to 12 people, situated close to the bistro and kitchen, choose your own menu in consultation with our catering manager, and have your gathering catered-for with waitress service at a fraction of the cost of eating out.
A wall mounted TV is also situated in the room, ideal for showing family and friends photos and creating a highly memorable event. Many of our homeowners travel widely or have foreign holiday homes, so it’s also a good way of catching-up and sharing memories with friends and neighbours at Castle View.
Our secure underground car park provides a lift to each floor, ensuring easy access to reception, all apartments and facilities. Additional storage for apartments can also be found here.
