Vacancy: Relettings & Resales Advisor

Job Type: Part-time 

Expected Hours: Approx 26 hours a week

 

Job Overview:

Castle View Retirement Living is looking for an enthusiastic Relettings & Resales Advisor to drive the successful sale and reletting of our retirement apartments while promoting the exceptional lifestyle our community offers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives on building a strong pipeline of prospective customers and is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and tenants.
  • Network with local estate agents, solicitors, healthcare professionals and community organisations to generate referrals.
  • Develop and deliver local marketing initiatives to raise awareness of the scheme.
  • Organise and host open days, coffee mornings and promotional events.
  • Conduct property viewings and personalised tours of the development.
  • Manage the end-to-end reletting and resale process.
  • Liaise with solicitors, estate agents and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Keep accurate records of enquiries, sales progression and performance.
  • Work proactively to minimise void periods and maximise occupancy.

Vacancy: Events / Activity Coordinator

Job Type: Part-time 

Expected Hours: 16 core hours per week plus evening attendance on event nights

 

Job Overview:

Castle View Retirement (CVR) are looking for an Events / Activity Coordinator to take ownership for leading and developing events and activities. You will be responsible for homeowner and development led events, offering one point of call for all events and activities being hosted at Castle View.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible and to work with the General Manager for the design and implementation of the events / activities programme in liaison with homeowners, family, advocates, friends, volunteers and other outside groups.
  • Be responsible for Preparation, set up and take down of event spaces, the safe use, storage and maintenance of equipment; updating equipment within agreed budget.
  • Work with homeowners and the local community to ensure a wide varied programme of activities and events.
  • To assist the General Manager in ensuring that all relevant risk assessments for individuals, activities and venues are carried out and reviewed at appropriate intervals in line with policies and procedures.
  • To produce all promotional material for events within the development
  • To provide copy and images of events for use in marketing and social media.
  • To liaise with the on site teams before and during events.

 

Qualification and Experience

  • Previous experience of having worked with the elderly over 55 cohort.
  • Previous experience within care, hospitality or leisure industry within a similar role would be desirable.
  • Previous experience arranging activities and events
  • Good standard of IT literacy, able to create posters and flyers for events.
  • Professional approach with high quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and a real ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Genuine interest in providing quality service to customers and homeowners.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and the ability to build rapport with ease.
  • An awareness of basic Health & Safety.
  • Approachable and open manner – able to demonstrate empathy
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS checks required.

 

Location – The post will be based at the designated retirement community in Windsor.
