As our apartment sizes differ, the charges do so too. Please speak to a member of the team for specific information on each individual apartment. As a guide;
The deferred community fee covers the long-term aspects of caring for the building and is a fee payable from the sale or transfer of ownership of your property.
By deferring these costs, we can keep our monthly Community Fees as low as possible whilst meeting the high-quality standards we set in maintenance and refurbishment, supporting resale values. This fee also covers our marketing and estate agency costs where we act on your behalf when selling your property at Castle View.
The deferred community fee is calculated at 4% per year or part-year of ownership at the open market value at the time the property is offered for sale. The fee is capped to a maximum of 20% after a 5 year period and does not rise further.
