Apartments can be reserved on payment of a £2,500 deposit. If you decide to withdraw your reservation outside our cooling-off period of fourteen days, prior to exchange of sale contract, we reserve the right to retain an amount to cover any reasonable costs incurred up to a maximum value of £500. If the sale proceeds, the fee will be deducted from the final purchase price.

What Community Fees do I have to pay?
We aim to offer all our homeowners at Castle View a high standard of living, quality communal facilities, excellent levels of service and most importantly – financial peace of mind.
To relieve you of any financial concerns, we simply have two separate community fees – a monthly community fee and a deferred community fee. These fees ensure we have sufficient funds to cover all the ongoing costs of running Castle View and the expense of any works required.
Homeowners are required to pay in advance each month the monthly community fee (called a ‘building management fee’ in the Castle View lease).

The deferred community fee (called a deferred management fee in the Castle View Lease), is a fee payable on sale or transfer of ownership of your property.
The fee contributes to the long-term costs of maintenance and capital replacement, and covers our marketing and estate agency costs where we act on your behalf when selling your property at Castle View. The fee helps to maintain the high standard of the village and thereby to support resale values.
It is capped at 20% of the open market value at the point of sale or transfer and is calculated on a sliding scale depending upon the number of years or part-years for which you have owned your property.

Car park spaces in the underground car park can be purchased for £25,000 (one space per apartment).
These can then be sold at any time, independently of when the apartment is sold. The car park is secured by a shutter, cameras and has lift access straight to the each floor.
