Later Living Expo at Windsor Leisure Centre
Castle View recently joined the Later Living Expo at Windsor Leisure Centre, where seniors and their support networks explored services aimed at enriching independent living. This event allowed Castle View to connect with the wider community while showcasing its role in supporting later life living. Contributing some wonderful prizes gave visitors to the expo a great buzz, with a total of 12 complimentary tickets for 3 Castle View hosted events; wine tasting, afternoon tea and an evening with Elvis.
Networking with Face2Face Maidenhead
At a networking event hosted by Face2Face Maidenhead, Castle View collaborated with around 25 local businesses to share ideas on better supporting seniors in adapting to later life living. The event emphasized partnerships as a cornerstone of effective community support, with special recognition given to care specialists like Right at Home, for their ongoing collaboration.
‘Mens Matters’ event at Maidenhead Library
Castle View joined 24 other companies at a packed event for over 150 people at Maidenhead Library, where visitors learned more about how men can get the most out of later life, including independent, sociable living as Castle View. The event was attended by the Mayor of Windsor , as well as representatives from community groups like Desborough Bowling Club. It also highlighted the work of Men’s Matters, a Windsor & Maidenhead-based charity dedicated to improving older men’s quality of life.
Supporting the Eton Community at their Spring Ball
On March 22nd, Castle View supported Eton’s annual Spring Ball at Windsor’s Castle Hotel. This key social event brought together local businesses and residents to raise funds for local community initiatives. Castle View contributed event auction prizes that helped generate significant funds for local projects, reflecting our commitment to community support.
