There are two specific rental options, both available in furnished or unfurnished apartments, so those looking to downsize in retirement can find the perfect home to suit their lifestyle and financial requirements: ‘Independent Living for Rent’ & ‘Assisted Living for Rent’.
With the ‘Independent Living for Rent’ plan you simply pay a monthly all-inclusive charge which covers rent and community charge, the use of all communal facilities, full participation in social activities and events, 24/7 on-site staff, building insurance, the maintenance and upkeep of all communal areas and gardens plus the services of the on-site team for complete peace of mind.
The ‘Assisted Living for Rent’ all-inclusive plan is as above but designed for those who would like extra support; this package also covers all utility bills and provides a delicious main meal daily, weekly apartment cleaning and laundry service.
The ‘Independent Living’ rental package starts from £2,633pcm and the ‘Assisted Living’ option from £3,311pcm. NB Exact cost dependent on apartment size and subject to Terms & Conditions.
