Here at Castle View with recently celebrated National Poetry Day.
This year’s theme is ‘counting’. We like to think you can count on us, and our wider support network, whenever things get difficult in later life.
This beautiful poem was written by one of our homeowners, Patricia, at a juncture when family members had gone and the next phase of life needed to be framed. That meant some difficult decisions, including keeping or jettisoning precious family artefacts and memory items.
